The staff were really helpful. the views of the ocean were delightful. - the location was fantastic, with a shopping mall nearby and supermarkets across the road. - A 20-minute walk to the Municipal Market was great for fresh produce.

I do recommend and will definitely come back. the hotel is a great value for the money. - It is located in the Praia do Vau district, close to a restaurant, shopping mall, and the beach. - the staff is consistently courteous and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. - the hotel has an incredible and perfect location in a quiet area.

What we liked most about the hotel was the location; it is very peaceful and perfect for chilling out. "Praia da Rocha" Beach is about 20 minutes on foot, but don´t worry, there is a free bus which will take you to the beach. About the flat itself, the bed is very large and comfortable, it looked new. The hot water doesn´t finish and the living room is climatized. We have only some small complains, the the wc door lock was damaged and the balcony light didn’t work. But overall... Very good price- quality relation. Bruno&Dani

A nice staff in the hotel, which were very helpful. The apartment was great and clean. Transportation to the beach and Portimao was good.
Really noisy hotel! If you want to listen to at night to celebrate, this hotel is right for you. Weekends at 6:00 am came the silence. Child families, I can not recommend! Location was not the best. Restaurants were far from the hotel and shop.

This place is quite clean with friendly staff, offering twin rooms with air conditioning, a balcony, and comfortable beds, making it the best choice for value.

Very basic apartment hotel which you cannot expect much.
We stayed for 7 nights, but they changed the towels only once, and did not change the sheets at all. The receptionist was not aware of the rate we booked with.

Big bed in the twin room, plus a microwave oven, air conditioning and a personal safe. Great location cool on returning from all day at the beach. Also - so close to the gypsy market and shopping centre, town centre, and the fort Santa Catarina-lovely.

Arrived here to cover the Lagos, Portimao side of the Algarve and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Lots of car parking and I think a car is required although they offer a courtesy bus you need a car to get around around. Swimming pool big enough to have a dip and play with children, Bar area is massive and not used enough by the hotel. Bar good value and bar snacks good. Air conditioning but see comments below on not like although it more of a niggle that an issue. Would stay again and good for 3/4 night stay I think. Studio was nice and large. Small balcony was nice to step outside. Overall a nice hotel and not sure why it only has 2 official stars as it definitely 3 star. Asked for a cot and it was in the room when we arrived so baby was asleep in minutes, thanks.
Children's dip pool was not as clean as it needed to be, lots of dead flies and a little cleaning with a simple child's fishing net a few times a day would fix this. TV has very limited channels. My major gripe is the air control and TV controls which require a €10 deposit, that is not my issue, the issue is that I was not informed and some people might just assume the air con closes down at night and not be aware it requires the control.

We recently stayed at an affordable hotel near the beautiful beach. the location was perfect for exploring the area and we enjoyed convenient access to the nearby spar, where we found a variety of items including delicious cooked chickens with piri piri sauce for only 3 euros. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen area, and a bathroom that was tidy and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was satisfying. We also appreciated the facilities, such as the swimming pool, and took advantage of the convenient free bus service for our day trips.
We did notice that some areas of the hotel surroundings could use a bit more maintenance.

The apartment was very large, and not that we used it but the kitchen looked nice. Small dining table, and lounge suite - tiny little tv (no remote), big bathroom very clean. We only stayed one night, so can't comment on cleaning of rooms during stay, but on arrival the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, and the apartment in a very quiet area at night time. The walk to the beach was good exercise (about 10-15 mins, sidewalks not great).
No soaps supplied in the bathroom. Tv needs an update.

Hotel was fair, we were upgraded to a larger room, rooms were cleaned daily.
Only one lift was working at the time so we had to take it in turns to go up to the rooms, not very well sign posted, not even a name on the front of the building
